Possible cause of missing Restart Phase button

Hi Team,

In one of the release which is in “In Progress” state , Restart Phase option is missing.
I need to restart a phase.
What could be the possible cause for this issue?

If you have running script tasks, you need them abort first before you can restart a phase.

Thanks for the reply and pointing out to the root cause.

In my case, it was “Servicenow: wait for Status” task i.e. polling task which I assume is based on a script task.

After aborting it, I am able to restart a phase.
